Referral Partner Membership

As the nation's largest community-based nonprofit organization serving women transitioning into the workforce by providing professional clothing and educational opportunities in the Philadelphia Region, The Career Wardrobe offers a variety of services to our community.

Since 1995, we have assisted over 60,000 women by inspiring the confidence necessary to recognize their capacity for self-reliance and achieve independence.  We partner with 100+ organizations who refer women for our services.  With your Referral Partner Membership, services are free for your participants.  If you have any questions about membership or fees, please contact us at 215-568-6693.

Full Ensemble Membership                 

Annual Fee: (Pro-rated after 11/1/11)

$1,000: For-Profit Programs

$500: Non-Profit Programs

• Access to all Career Wardrobe programs including Dressing and Image Consultation Program, Gateway to Success Educational Seminars, Client Help Desk for resume review, Mock Interviews, and Professional Women's Network Events. 
• Professional clothing consisting of two (2) appointments:  one before the interview and one once employed.
• All appointments scheduled within 24-48 hours.
• Send up to 250 clients during the membership year (July 1, 2011 - June 30, 2012).
• On-site "Suit Up!" workshop discount: $50 per workshop (half off the regular fee!)
• Ten (10) 50% off discount cards for The Wardrobe Boutique. Use these for staff, client incentives, anyone to show your appreciation! 

Accessory Membership                                   

Sliding Scale - Suggested Annual Fee: $100

• Professional Clothing consisting of two (2) appointments: one before the interview and one once employed.
• Two (2) 50% off discount cards for The Wardrobe Boutique. Use these for staff, client incentives, anyone to show your appreciation! 

Limitations: 

• Appointments available on Monday's only.
• No "emergency appointments" available.
• Participating programs can refer up to five (5) clients per month.
• Open to non-profit programs only (copy of 501c3 certification required).
• Excludes the monthly Gateway to Success Seminars.  Additional $50 fee/seminar for 10 clients to participate in the seminars.

Individual Membership                                        

Annual Fee: $50/person upon initial visit

Designed to allow college students, women in entry-level positions, and those undergoing self-directed job search access.

•  Professional Clothing consisting of a business suit, six separates, and accessories in one visit.
• Access to all Career Wardrobe programs like Dressing and Image Consultation, Gateway to Success Seminars, Professional Women's Network, and Client Help Desk.
• 50% off discount card for The Wardrobe Boutique.
